The only real rule is that the rules can change. This shifting creates a liminal space: a space where the unexpected and marvelous can break through, a space for serious play.
Though adults tend to write it off as frivolous, play (or flow, if you want) is an innate and vital tool for learning, growth, healing, communication, artistic and spiritual expression, scientific innovation and even business success throughout our lives.
But what is it exactly? Can we really play alone, or does play require connection and interchange? How can we help to promote flow as a method of inquiry and personal unfolding? What will happen if we do?
Because the rules keep changing, these questions have been much harder to answer than I expected, not to mention further ranging and much more fun. This is a collection of some notes on the process.
